Its been a minute..

26 weeks pregnant!

Hey Everyone, sorry it has been soo long since I have updated. Things have been a little busy lately. I am sure nothing like what is to come, hopefully I will learn how to juggle it all once the girls get here. I am getting so excited to meet them! I want them to stay in my tummy as long as possible though because I know they need to stay in there to grow bigger and stronger.The girls have been really active over the last few weeks, and since my last ultrasound I know where they are in my tummy which makes it pretty neat. David was able to feel Baby B kick him 2 weeks ago, I thought that was so cool, I wish he could feel them growing inside of me like I can. It is such an amazing and undescribable feeling. I was able to travel to Texas for the last time this past week, it was my spring break at school, and it was both beautiful and bittersweet. The weather was gorgeous and it made coming back to snow horrid. It was wonderful to be able to meet up with friends, be around family, and drive around and not have it take an hour to get somewhere. I missed David alot, it was sometimes emotional, because it was the last time I would be there by myself. Next time I go it will be with the girls and I will be a mommy and everything will be different, good different but different you know? It was fun to drive around thinking about the places and things that David and hold dear to our relationship, and to think it all began there for us. While I was there I had my first baby shower. It was so fun, the girls did a great job planning and decorating for the shower. Everyone was extremely generous to us, we got so many nice gifts. A ton of clothes, car seats, bathtub, potty chairs, piggy banks, and a high chair! Here are just a few pics from the shower! Love to All

23 week BELLY PICS

This is me and the babies after church this past Sunday, we had a nice time! I felt the babies HICCUP for the first time this morning it was great! Please don't concentrate on my wonderful STRETCH MARKS, that are NOT hereditary from my mother, cause you won't find one on her tummy.Enjoy

Mar. 11 Doc. Appt and GROWING!

Today I had a regular doctors appointment, the details are as follows....
Doc asked how I am doing
I tell him pretty good with a few exceptions..
Lower back pain
Achey joints
Swolen fingers, toes,ankles, wrists and oh yeah MY NOSE!

Then he procedes to tell me you GAINED 12 POUNDS in the last month... that is too much! He said since I am swelling and have gained that much he wants to monitor it a little closer and I will see him next week for a follow up. On the good side my blood pressure was normal, and there was not any protein in my urine. Next week I will also get to have another ultrasound just to check the babies growth and fluid! Hopefully David will get to come to that appt just so he can see the lil ones again!

ANother funny/good thing is that I am measuring 30 WEEKS! wow!?! Hopefully I am growing good sized babies!

CRIBS!

That is right, we have picked out, purchased, and brought home our two new matching cribs! They are a color called tea stain, and they are lifetime convertible beds. They will convert into toddler beds,twins beds and even a full size bed! We got a pretty good deal on them, and we are so HAPPY to have them! The "girls" seem to be doing well, they are moving around a lot at night, and they usually let me know when they are not comfortable with the position I am in! I feel like my belly is just getting bigger and bigger! Our next appointment is March. 11th, it is just a regular check up! I am excited that I have more energy, my body is a little more achy, but I think I am doing well overall! David is sore from moving the cribs in, but I think that is the heaviest items we will have.
